Conductive Silver Paste Product Description
The LXJ550 conductive silver paste can be used for thin film switches with conventional resistors, soft circuits, shielding circuits, computer keyboard circuits with a loop resistance of around 300 Ω (width 0.6mm x length 1000mm x film thickness 6um), and other low-temperature conductive materials. It is finely synthesized from flake silver powder and thermoplastic resin. After years of large-scale product practice and research and improvement by chemical and electronic experts in multiple enterprises in the field of thin film switches and soft circuit production, its multiple technical indicators have reached international advanced levels.
The LXJ800 conductive silver paste can achieve good physical and electrical properties after baking at 130 ° C for 30 minutes, with good resistance to bending, adhesion, and resistance to scratches, as well as low impedance values.
Applicable scope of Conductive silver paste
General thin film switches, soft circuits, computer keyboard circuits, shielding circuits, heating circuits, circuit repairs, and electronic circuits that require low-temperature curing.

Technical indicators
Plane resistance:<0.03 Ω/□/miI
Curing condition: 130 ℃/30min; (Conductive silver paste must start counting when the oven temperature has reached 130 ℃, and bake for 30 minutes)
Density: 2.1-2.4 (kg/L)
Viscosity: 16000-25000cps
Pencil hardness: 3H
Adhesion: It adheres firmly to various materials such as PET, PC, PVC film, resin board, etc.
Solid content: 48-46%
Flexibility: Natural bending ≥ 180 ℃ (with a load of 2.5kg and 10 repetitions, the resistance increases by less than 20% while maintaining the crease)
matters needing attention
The unused conductive silver paste should be tightly covered and stored in a dark cabinet below 25 ℃.
Avoid contact with broken skin and eyes. Once in contact, immediately rinse with soap and warm water.
Conductive silver paste has been prepared to the appropriate concentration without the need for adding a diluent. If necessary, it is recommended to use our company's dedicated diluent.
Low conductivity or poor adhesion after baking may result in insufficient drying temperature and time. It must be adjusted according to the requirements of "technical indicators".
