Electroforming: Electroplating conductive paint
LXJ9009 is an electroformed conductive paint developed and produced by Lixinjia Technology Company. It can be brushed, sprayed, or rolled onto the surface of shells, glass, gypsum, wax crafts, silicone, unsaturated resins, plastics, and other composite materials as substrates for electroplating. It can be naturally dried or dried, and after drying and curing, the paint layer has stable performance. The surface is fine and smooth, with high hardness and is not easy to touch flowers. The edges of the paint film are neat and free of burrs. After electroplating, the surface coating of the product is uniform and beautiful. Reduce the need for complex electroplating pre-treatment. High production efficiency and cost saving.
Paint characteristic color: antique copper color
Specific gravity: 1.3 ± 0.05 (ASTM D1475-98)
Viscosity: Thixotropic mixture Solid content: 45 ± 1%
Resistance: less than 0.05 Ω/□ (15 μ M-20 μ M dry film)
Theoretical coverage rate: 12m2/kg (paint film thickness=13 microns)
technical parameter
Conductive effect: ≤ 0.015 ohms/square centimeter (paint film thickness not less than 13 microns)
Application conductivity parameters: below 1 ohm/15 micrometer film thickness/distance 10cm
Recommended film thickness: 15 microns (ASTM D4138-94)
Test conditions: When measuring, it is necessary to wait until the sprayed film has completely cooled and dried.
Guidelines for using materials:
Shell, glass, gypsum, wax handicrafts, silicone, unsaturated resin, plastic, and other composite materials (if there are special materials, our company will separately mix and apply conductive paint for customers)
Diluent: ordinary Tena water (boiled oil water) or ethyl ester
Oil ratio: Adjust the drying conditions appropriately according to the process: surface drying time is 15 minutes, drying time is 65 ± 5 ℃/30 ± 10 minutes, self drying>4H
Precautions:
Before use, the paint should be thoroughly stirred in the paint can before use. After stirring evenly, the silver metal particles are evenly dispersed, and the paint film produced can only achieve conductivity. Protective measures: During use, ensure that the working environment is well ventilated, avoid long-term direct contact or inhalation, and do not pour paint into waterways or sewers to pollute the environment. Storage/shelf life: Sealed and stored in a ventilated and dry indoor environment. 6 months/25 ℃ (original seal)
