LXJ3715 Silver coated copper electromagnetic wave shielding coating is an Aqueous conductive paint produced by Shenzhen Lixinjia Technology Co., Ltd., which is made of extremely excellent conductive silver coated copper. It can be diluted directly with tap water and is environmentally friendly. Single component, labor-saving, time-saving, convenient, with good adhesion, flatness, strong cohesion, and no loose particles, it can be used for mobile, calculators, precision instruments, medical devices, and other shell wall spraying materials based on plastics, hardware materials, and composite materials. After drying and curing, the performance of the paint layer is stable, and the glossiness of the paint surface is very bright, which can better reflect the protective layer of silver and achieve better antioxidant effect. It is suitable for single piece batch spraying factory production.

Instructions for use:
Surface treatment of spray parts: The substrate must be clean, dry, and free from oil stains and release agents. Wipe or soak the surface of equipment with alcohol or a specialized solvent.
Mixing and Dilution: Before use, it must be stirred evenly to ensure uniformity and no precipitation.
Normal use dilution. This environmentally friendly product can be diluted directly with tap water or alcohol to the required viscosity for construction. The recommended dilution ratio is 2 parts oil and 1 part water (i.e. 2:1).
Spraying:
Spray gun form W-71: caliber 0.5-2mm
Distance between spray gun and physical object: 100-200mm
Spraying pressure: 0.4-0.6 MPa
Spray amount: 2-4 cycles, film thickness 15-25 μ M
Drying: Natural drying (25 ℃), surface drying for 5 minutes/solid drying for 2 hours
Dry at 65 ℃ for 20 minutes, and leave for 1 hour after drying to obtain the best resistance.
