Spraying method
Before use, this lxj600 must be shaken well with an oil shaker. In terms of dilution, please dilute it with a ratio of 1:0.5
Lxj600 can be sprayed using ordinary pneumatic spraying equipment with a spiral stirrer. In the sample stage, a simple oil pot type hand spray gun can also be used, but Lxj600 must be evenly stirred. To ensure that the electronic product to which the spray belongs has sufficient dry resistance, the spraying thickness should also be sufficient, such as a dry film degree of 20 to 25mm. On the other hand, it is important to note that there should be no dry spraying during spraying, that is, the spraying surface should appear moist and uniform just after spraying, in order to have good adhesion and conductivity.
The conductivity of the sprayed film is the main quality indicator of this product. When measuring, it is necessary to wait for the sprayed film to be completely dry and use a digital coating crystal display resistance meter. This helps to obtain more accurate data and is conducive to quality control.

The drying and solidification speed of lxj600 is very fast. In a workshop with air conditioning and dehumidification, it can be touched by hand for about 5 minutes and baked at 40 ℃ for 30 minutes.
